On the morning of March 23rd, Zhang Ruiqi, Minister of the Legal Protection Department of the Hainan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, led a special research team to conduct a survey on Hainan Rubber, in order to effectively grasp the basic situation of the realization of employee wages and social insurance rights, promote the deepening of income distribution system reform and improve the social insurance system.
